Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early for your appointment as there is no waiting area in the studio.  If you have time, please feel free to check out all of our products available for purchase.

Inspiration images are always a great way of communicating color placement, tone and expectations. Feel free to come to your appointment with a few images that you love so that I can consult with you about creating synergy between your goals and what is achievable.

Please come to your appointment with freshly washed and dried hair. A clean canvas gives the best color results and the most optimal lift when going lighter. 

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. Please provide a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Arrive within 15 minutes of your appointment time; late arrivals beyond this grace period will need to reschedule.
